Cottomatic® Rotary Bale Pluckers

A rotary bale plucker is the best fibre plucking solution where space is a constraint and smaller lot sizes are used. Machine rotates in clockwise direction plucking fibres as it moves in its path. After every rotation the beater lowers and continues to pluck fibres until the lot is depleted. Some positives of using a Rotary bale plucker are:
  • Space saving compared to other plucking solutions.
  • Return on investment of less than 1 year: Mixing / Feeding personnel can be re-assigned elsewhere along with power savings compared to other plucking and feeding solutions in the blow room.
  • Single / Multiple machines can be used to for blending solutions (our technical staff needs to be contacted for blow room setup)
  • Multiple machines can be installed for same or lesser cost of a conventional bale plucker (redundancy in case of stoppage)

- Digital readouts and tracking of all working parameters – Beater speed & Position, Suction pressure, Carriage speed, Etc… with graphs
- Shift based monitoring of machine run times
- Material profile: Tune, optimize and save up to 5 individual setting profiles for any individual fibres (Bale/loose form) with
  • Variable depth settings, carriage & beater speeds, Suction pressures, Etc.
  • SWEEP function to maximise material pickup in the bottom.
- Alarms display and data logging with graphic fault correction instructions
- SMS Facility for Alarms
- SOPs and Maintenance schedules in HMI
- Additional future program updates will be supported.
