About Us

Started by our late founder Mr D Padmanabhan we have manufactured textile machinery since 1985 under a different brand name. Under his stewardship, we catered to the garmenting industry in Tiruppur with design, manufacturing and support of pre folding, balloon padding, steam calendaring and compacting machines. We then decided to move to the spinning industry, rebranded our self to Sujini Machines in 2010.

We started manufacturing the automatic rotary bale pluckers for the blow rooms in the spinning mills prior to 2010 (Our Rebranding) where we delivered our first machine to M/s Thangam Spinners in 2006.

We stock all spares and will provide spares for all our machines regardless of the life cycle. We strive to provide the best service on call for our machine and make sure our customers are always satisfied.

Our Team

Pranesh Karthic Padmanabhan

Managing Director

Pranesh comes with over 5 years of experience as an engineering manager from a leading third party logistics company in USA. He has obtained his bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics engineering from Anna University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Business management from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas.

His expertise lies in process improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean & Six Sigma implementation. He is responsible for production and operations of Sujini Machines and is focussed on new product development, market expansion and implementation of quality systems.

Santharam S S

Technical Advisor, Sales & Service

Mr. Santharam comes with over 25 years’ experience in textile spinning mills. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Textile technology and a MBA. He worked for LMW’s Super sales division for over 13 years where he handled implementation of multiple new turnkey projects for spinning mills across Asia.

As one of the spinning industry’s most knowledgeable person on spinning machinery, Mr Santharam now assists Sujini machines in many facets including marketing and consultation for all blow room machinery. He also handles installation and after sales service for all our machines with his team.

Some of our esteemed clients
