We have manufactured textile machinery since 1985 under a different brand name. We catered the garmenting industry in Tiruppur with design, manufacturing and support of pre folding machines, balloon padding machines, steam calendaring machines and compacting machines. We then decided to move to the spinning industry, rebranded our self to Sujini Machines in 2010.
Our rotary bale plucker is essentially the first machine used for fibre preparation in the blow room. The output from the bale plucker will be opened fibres which need to be transported under suction pressure of 200-300 Pa. This output can be sent to our condenser which reduces pressure to zero pascals.
